Hug Your Cat Day, sometimes referred to as National Hug Your Cat Day, is an unofficial holiday celebrated on June 4. It is a perfect opportunity for all cat owners to express a little extra love to their furry companions.

We will edit all cats' videos into one movie clip for our bossa nova song "Abbracciate un gatto" (translated: "Hugging your cat").

The video will be posted on our official YouTube channel and on our official Facebook fanpage.

Video guidelines

  1. Horizontal movie (not vertical)
  2. Not more than 10/15 seconds
  3. Ideally in HD (high definition), 30 FPS - if you don't know, just send what you have :)
  4. Do not include any people faces or private details of yourself (we respect your privacy)
  5. Do not send other's cats videos - just send your own cat
